Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your course and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation then the following charges will apply:

Cancellations can be made by telephoning us on 0121 447 7788. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by post or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and must contain the full booking details. Your cancellation will be confirmed in writing along with an invoice or if an invoice has been issued, the appropriate credit note.
If you do not attend a course, and have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains payable.
Should circumstances mean that you need to transfer to another course or reschedule your existing booking then the following charges will apply dependent on notice given:

All outstanding invoices will remain due, irrespective of the number of working days notice given for the cancellation.
The option to transfer delegates can only be used once, and within six months of the original scheduled training dates, after which any movement will be considered a cancellation. In such cases, the Course Cancellation Charges above will be applied in addition to the Course Transfer Charges.

You can transfer a place on a course to a substitute delegate free of charge.
Late arrivals/missed sessions
If you arrive late for a course or are absent from any session, we reserve the right to refuse to accept you for training if we feel you will gain insufficient knowledge or skill in the time remaining. In all such cases, the full course fee remains payable.
On occasions, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.
Applecore Designs Limited will not reimburse travel or accommodation expenses. Applecore Designs Limited are not able to offer refunds for cancellations outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, flooding or industrial action.
Course notes and training
Applecore Designs Limited course notes and training cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither Applecore Designs Limited nor its employees, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility for the actions of delegates, or those of other people reading the course notes, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the course content or the course notes. Electronic or hard copy versions of the materials should not be distributed in any form. In addition the courseware must not be resold, lent, rented, assigned or transferred to any third party.
