Maintenance, Enhancement and Support Scheme

Our unique MES upgrade scheme was launched in 2002 for existing ArchiCAD users and educational establishments who requested full upgrades, support and annual payments to plan budgets.

As the principal Graphisoft Solution Centre for the UK, Applecore Designs Limited are able to offer a scheme benefiting from fixed price upgrades for the next one, two or three years, an individual renewal date and support.

We have designed this comprehensive service for those customers who understand the value of having guaranteed joint support from Applecore Designs/ Graphisoft UK and also assure the benefit from the latest facilities in ArchiCAD and developments in the marketplace.

During the MES period we will provide customers with the following products and services:

• Notification of patches, upgrades and new releases of ArchiCAD.
  
  
• ALL full product upgrades and new releases of ArchiCAD incorporating Graphisoft's Upgrade Advantage Service (UAS).
  
  
• Technical support, via fax and e-mail, during normal business hours. Support is provided by Applecore Designs Ltd and is backed up by priority support from Graphisoft.
  
  
• Graphisoft technical support staffs, both in the UK and Corporate, are tasked to respond promptly to queries from customers with MES.
  
  
• The purchase of additional ArchiCAD licences at a volume discount price based on the total number of licences held. This additional licence pricing is exclusive to MES customers only.
  
  
• The opportunity for multi-licence customers to have direct contact with Graphisoft through a personal account manager who is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and development.
  
  
• Membership of our regional ArchiCADEMY User Group which provides advance notification of changes to ArchiCAD, continued development of ArchiCAD skills, Q & A discounts on the entry to selected seminars, and preferential access to selected exhibitions and trade shows.
  
  
• CORE NEWS! - New products/services, tips and tricks, GDL objects, forthcoming events.
  
  
• WeBEx - Monthly online training forum.
  
  
• A training audit where an assessment of the skills level of users and the application of ArchiCAD are undertaken with recommendations on how to improve productivity and reduce costs (only available to customers with ten or more ArchiCAD licences).
  
  
• 10% voucher redeemable against any ArchiCADEMY training course/material or Graphisoft Productivity Tools (i.e Artlantis, Virtual Tutor).

 

Support and upgrade options on all other software products listed in this section are also available.

ArchiCAD's release cycle continues to focus on providing enhancements to help users to win more business, design more creatively and be more productive. As well as delivering powerful new 3D design tools, in ArchiCAD 12 Graphisoft have also introduced an innovative 3D documentation capability and on multi-core computers, operations such as view generation of sections and elevations from the Virtual Building Model experience a dramatic performance increase.
