Are you unsure of how the design will look? Digital images created using computer generated 3D models can help visualise a project at any stage of the design process. We can work from paper sketches, hard copy marked ups or rough computer generated drawings.

Our images include the latest developments in visualisation, such as photo-realistic trees and vegetation, people, cars, shadows and atmospheric effects. These can also be added to your corporate promotional literature and brochures to help sell your ideas. An exciting and very well received technique is pencil or pen sketch render which enables you to present a scheme design quickly and effectively without looking too finalised.

Animation - VR walk through or animated demonstrations

Are you unsure of how the design will feel? There is little to better a VR scene or VR object animation (short of actually waiting for your project to be completed). Our animation services help the designer or client experience the created space even before it has been built!

We will also provide a free viewer with the virtual reality model so you take control and look around your design in the comfort of your own working environment.

2D for 3D – generation of model based data

Applecore Designs also offer a straight conversion service working from your paper drawings and converting them into full CAD drawings, including your own title blocks and corporate identity. We can take 2D and 3D CAD data of existing buildings from most survey companies and convert all relevant information to reproduce a digital building information model.
