Our unique Maintenance, Enhancement and Support (MES) membership scheme was launched in 2002 for existing ArchiCAD users and educational establishments who requested fixed price upgrades and support to plan annual budgets.

Applecore Designs Limited have designed this comprehensive membership for those customers who understand the value of error correction support and also benefit from the latest features and functions introduced in the latest versions of ArchiCAD.

For the duration of their MES membership customers will gain access to the following products and services:

• ALL full product upgrades and new releases of ArchiCAD
• Technical  support via  our  on-line ticket  system (see movie below)
• Access to password protected knowledge base items and downloads
• The  purchase  of  additional  ArchiCAD  licences  at  a  discounted  rate
• A training audit where an assessment of the skills level of users and the application of ArchiCAD are undertaken with recommendations on how to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Reduced rates for six month and twelve month passports
• ArchiSURE  Insurance  Scheme:  -  professional  indemnity,  commercial  office,  office  at  home
• Preferential  rates  for  new  hardware  products  including  printers,  plotters  and  workstations

Renewal terms and fee options are offered on a one, two or three year basis.
